Preparation of declarations of conformity

Decision No. 131 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 6 May 2026 approved the Technical Regulation on the safety of gas-fired installations and appliances. Depending on the type of product, the regulation provides for conformity assessment either through certification or through a declaration of conformity. Under Article 13 of the Law on Technical Regulation, a declaration of conformity is one of the ways of declaring that goods comply with the requirements of technical regulations.
